TF Design offers steam line services that comply with the guidelines of SANS 347:2007 (Categorization and conformity assessment criteria for all pressure equipment).

The steam vessel or line can be designed according to various different codes as prescribed by the client. These codes are all included in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85, 1993) as detailed in the section regarding Vessels under pressure regulations (R.3(1)(a)).

It is also included in Annex A of SANS 347:2007. The steam line is modelled using a computational FEM analysis to determine all resulting stresses & forces generated by its working conditions.
