The Mould Warmer Carousel is used in the manufacturing of cylindrical air filter elements with poly-urethane end caps. The rotary carousel has a heated bottom plate to warm the mould.

This process assists the poly-urethane curing and prevents bubble formation. The height of the filter is controlled by a pneumatic stop.
