This machine automatically inserts two rubber grommets and two metal rings into a fuel filter bracket. The grommets and metal rings are fed into the pneumatic assembly system by two vibratory bowl feeders.

The machine is PLC controlled. The throughout is 1200 grommets and 1200 rings per hour.
