Mandrel Curing Oven

The specialised oven cures winded composite parts used in the Explosives and Military industry. The mandrel itself is equipped with internal heaters to heat the mandrel from the inside while the external area of the composite part is heated by air inside the curing cavity.

The part is rotated during the curing process, therefore all power and process signals goes through a slip ring system. Precise mandrel and external air temperature control ensures an end product that adheres to the strictest quality standards and controls.
